Oz Jetboater

DSCN2024DSCN2023

It was a great day to go on a cruise. How that is a Jetboater and you really need to have lots of guts to go for it. Lots of sharp turns and lots of water. Yes, you will get wet in that but lots of fun too!

I decided I didn’t want to get wet and chose the Jet Cruiser instead.

Well, I guess the pictures paint more than a thousand words. You get to see more of everything and from different angles too.

Pylon Lookout

DSCN1939DSCN1946

So I got this ‘magical’ card, the iVenture Card aka See Sydney Card. With this card, I get access to over 30 attractions within the stimulated number of days. My card was for 2 days, if only I had more time in Sydney, I would have venture further. Nevertheless, I had my share of adventure!

My first stop was the Pylon Lookout. It is located on the Harbour Bridge and the only up there is by foot. It is definitely worth the time and effort if you want to have a bird’s eye view of the Sydney harbour.

Along the way up to the lookout, there are many exhibits telling the stories behind the bridge. A tunnel or a bridge to link the two sides? Why is the bridge also known as an Iron lung?

Well, there it is!!!! The fantastic view of the Sydney Opera House from the top of the Pylon Lookout! And I would say the view of the CBD looks equally as good.

And look who else is here, Mr ACTIVE!!!!

If you are looking for more adventure, you may want to consider the Bridge Climb!!! Hold on tight and climb your way up to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I am sure the view is be great as well.

Walk walk Darling Harbour

DSCN1823DSCN1825DSCN1827DSCN1826DSCN1828DSCN1829

Just a few minutes north of Holiday Inn Darling Harbour is the Tumbalong Park. Many locals and tourists like to pay a visit to this park as there are many things for both adults and children to do. There are many fountains and water features for the children to play in.

People can just laze around and enjoy the warm afternoon sun. And the birds here are super friendly. They are not afraid of the humans and mingle freely with us!

I continued my walk to Cockle Bay and boy oh boy… there were many street performances and the crowd was huge!

I think I can spend my whole afternoon here, watching performances and people watch!
